It's been called "the greatest letter ever written," "the chief part of the New Testament," and "the Cathedral of the Christian faith." Yet whatever we might say about the book of Romans pales in comparison to what it says to us. Its message bursts onto the scene like a gift that we desperately needed but didn't realize that we wanted. It diagnoses what's gone wrong in our lives, it shows us that all things will be made right, and it explains how Jesus is the only hope for any of us. In other words, the book of Romans gives us the gospel, and the gospel is good news for everyone.
